The council no longer has an 'in-house' interpretation, translation and transcription service.
However, if you need an interpreter to act on your behalf, or documents translated, to enable you to use a council service or communicate with the council, you should speak to the service manager and he/she will make arrangements and offer you an appointment which suits you.
If you have difficulty in communicating yourself, then someone can speak to the service manager on your behalf.
