The Specialist Children’s Service provides a multi-disciplinary service to disabled children, children with health needs, their parents and carers. The London Borough of Waltham Forest and Waltham Forest Primary Care Trust have worked together to develop an integrated service offering greater co-ordination in the way that professionals work together with families to support children.
