How to apply for LSCB trainining courses
It is the responsibility of the individual agency to prioritise their staff for places on training courses. Advice about suitability can be sought via the LSCB administrator (see below for contact details). Places are allocated to reflect the multi-agency framework for the training and not on a first come first served basis. The LSCB tries to ensure that all agencies are represented where possible.
Successful applicants will receive joining instructions at least two weeks prior to the course. If these do not arrive course applicants must take responsibility for ensuring that they have been allocated a place.
Courses are free of charge, however delegates should be aware that failure to attend a course results in their agency being charged an administration fee of £40 per day.
Please take the time to read through the options in the training programme, as well as the introductory information, so that you can decide whether the course is right for you. Please download the Professional Group guidelines before applying for the course, please discuss the course and its suitability with your manager. Feel free to discuss your application or questions with the training coordinator on 020 8496 3231
