Briefings can be a great way to raise awareness to your staff or team around any particular subject. The CAF Team offers briefings to any team or service that requires a summarised message and an overview of the; CAF, information sharing, and lead professional.

Question and answer sessions

The CAF Team offers questions and answer sessions and similar to briefings they can be tailored to fit in with a services particular needs.

Once delegates or teams have completed training they may be a need for post training advice and information. There may be difficulties in ascertaining how the CAF, fits in with existing systems. There may be practice difficulties.

From experience Questions and Answer Sessions are best incorporated into existing team meetings with the entire team present. Please either call or email us and we will be happy to discuss your requirements and bookings.

Practitioners Network Meetings

As part of our post training support all professionals that have attend the full two-day training in Information Sharing, CAF and lead professional are invited to our Practitioners Network meetings.

These meetings take place in each quarter; by joining you will be able to keep up to date with all developments concerning information sharing, CAF and lead professional. You will be able to contribute towards the continuing development of systems and procedures, which can affect borough wide, practice regarding the CAF and lead professional. It is also vital that the CAF team are made aware of common issues and difficulties that professionals face.

We have found that these meetings are also an excellent way of sharing some of the great practice in the borough. Professionals have commented that they have been able to seek advice and form good links with other agencies at these meetings.

They are informal and the agenda is left open to reflect the needs of the group.
