Step2Step - Inclusion of young people
Who do we provide the service for?
The Step2Step Youth Panel is set up by the Adolescent Support Team (AST) to work with a group of young people between the ages of ten and sixteen, to find out how they feel about the service they have received from the AST and how we could improve the service for other young people.
What do we offer?
We offer workshops where a young person helps with the making of videos, flyers and shares their views and opinions on how we can improve the service.
A certificate (in house) is then awarded to all the young people who have shown commitment to the Step2 Step Panel.
How do I access Step2Step?
A young person is made aware of the opportunity to involve themselves with the Step2Step Panel, when they have their first Initial family meeting and again during the Midway Review. A reminder will also be sent to all the AST service users.
