What we provide
We provide a range of day and accommodation services to meet assessed needs during the day, at evenings and at weekends.
Who provides this service?
The service is run by Waltham Forest Social Services.
Who is the service for
Adults with mental health problems who are the responsibility of the Council, or are the financial responsibility of another Authority which has an agreement with the London Borough of Waltham Forest to provide services.
How to apply
If you would like to use the service you would need to be referred. Contact the Northern or Southern Locality Mental Health Teams - details below. They will assess your needs, complete a referral for you and send it to:

Named worker / keyworker
All users have a named worker or keyworker. They give users all the information they need about the service and draw up an agreement with users showing how their needs will be met. This agreement is reviewed every three months.
Consultation
We take the views of users, carers and other stakeholders into account when we are considering how to develop the service.

Travel Pass
You can apply for a disability travel pass after coming to the centre for a two-week introductory period. You also have to agree to a programme of activities.
You will need to get two passport photos which must be signed on the back by you and by the day services manager.
We will then give you a letter of referral signed by the day services manager. You will need to take this to the information officer at one of our local Social Services offices who will then work on your application for a travel pass.
