This service provides training and support to adults with learning difficulties, who have the aspiration and ability to move into long term supported accommodation and have a home of their own. The service supports people with a person-centred approach and positively promotes the principles of rights, independence, choice and inclusion.

There is a team of Community Support Workers who is supervised by a Project Manager and a Senior Support Worker.
