What do we provide?
The Psychiatry team provides a high-quality assessment and treatment service for the mental health problems of adults with a learning disability. This activity takes place in a variety of settings, such as community homes, out-patients clinics and day centres. In addition, we contribute to the education and training of other professionals in improving carer understanding.
Who can have this service?
Adults with a learning disability living in Waltham Forest who are assessed as needing the service.
