Supported Employment Team: what do we provide?
We support people with high to medium support needs into paid employment, and provide specialist assessments and pre-employment training. We also organise other work related activities which will support people into the employment of their choice.
Who can have this service?
Adults with a learning disability living in Waltham Forest who are assessed as needing the service.
Will I have to pay?

Who provides this service?
Two employment project workers prepare profiles for each candidate, do risk assessments and organise work placements. They also provide ongoing support and supervision. They work very closely with employers and also provide support to employers. The project manager oversees the work of this team.
