The London boroughs of Waltham Forest and Redbridge, and Waltham Forest and Redbridge Primary Care Trusts have formed a partnership for provision of services for people with a learning disability.
The vision for the partnership is based on principles embodied in Valuing People, and explicitly seeks to place service users and carers at the centre of service planning and provision.

The team provides advice on a range of services including occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech and language therapy, community nursing, psychology and psychiatry. They also carry out Community Care Assessments
