What is the Consumer Protection customer panel?

The customer panel enables residents in Waltham Forest to have their say about the services provided by Consumer Protection. At present there are 54 members on the panel. The customer panel members have in the past:

  • Helped our Noise Service to gain extra funding and expand its hours of operation
  • Taken part in the Audit Commission's Customer Access Inspection
