Second hand goods
A Second hand goods dealer registration certificate is required for businesses dealing in second-hand goods. Exemptions from registration include charitable organisations, jewellers, motor vehicle and scrap metal dealers, holders of a licence under section 22 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
