BIDs in Waltham Forest
Waltham Forest council has two districts which will be managed by BID:
Argall BID
The Argall BID are delivering services and projects under five key priorities:
- Safe and secure place to do business with a focus on crime reduction
- Physical environmental improvements including signage and accessibility
- Connected businesses to enhance internal trading, external marketing and cost efficiencies
- Cleaner environment with a focus on recycling and waste reduction
- Improved public transport and access including the protection of customer/employee parking facilities

E11 BID
The e11bid Company is the driver of regeneration in Leytonstone. The public-private partnership aims to improve the trading environment and the attractiveness of the town centre through the delivery of a variety of projects.
Main projects include
- CCTV,
- trade waste management and recycling
- physical improvements with the long term aims of making Leytonstone a safer, cleaner and brighter area.
The e11bid has developed sound relationships with a variety of local, regional and national stakeholders including the London Borough of Waltham Forest, the Metropolitan Police, the Safer Neighbourhood Team, the GLA, the LDA and TfL.
