As part of a partnership scheme to encourage and assist small and medium sized enterprise businesses within the locality, the London Borough of Waltham Forest and the European Union have jointly funded the creation of affordable office space within the Council’s former building known as Essex Hall.
The building is currently undergoing refurbishment and will be available for letting as from November 2008. Marketing particulars, an application form and a draft occupational agreement are provided below:
