Snooker for Health is a grassroots multi-sports club for physical and mental health, founded in 2017.

They are accredited by LB of Waltham Forest Council with the Feel Good quality mark accreditation and offer calm sports (snooker, badminton and polybat) and a supportive environment for siblings as well as professional & parental care givers.

Players are diverse, of all abilities and supported by two experienced disability coaches from Spurs Foundation, a SEND school teaching assistant & teenage peer coaches, who have disabilities themselves and find much joy in supporting fresh beginners.

They meet for playing, listening, support and friendship on the first, third and fifth Fridays 4pm to 6pm of each and every month at YMCA Sports Hall.
