Free fitness classes have begun in four parks in Waltham Forest.
You can try Tai Chi, Family Fitness Sessions, Tennis, Walking, Boot Camps and much more.
The sessions take place at:-
- Langthorne Park, Leytonstone (Birch Grove, E11 4YG)
- Leyton Jubilee Park, Leyton (Seymour Road or Marsh Lane, E10)
- Lloyd Park, Walthamstow (Forest Road, E17 4PP)
- Ridgeway Park, Chingford (The Ridgeway, Old Church Road, E4)

Free swimming for under 18's, over 60's and those with a disability is available at any time in all of the borough's leisure centres.

parkrun - 5km
Parkrun takes place at The Peter May Centre, 135 Wadham Road, London. E17 4HR.
Parkrun is a 5km weekly timed event open to all ages and abilities, you need to register at www.parkrun.org.uk/register/ to obtain your bar code and take part.
