parkrun – 5km
A new parkrun session will start on Saturday 26 January at 9am at The Peter May Centre, 135 Wadham Road, London. E17 4HR
Parkrun is a 5km weekly timed event open to all ages and abilities, you need to register at http://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/ to obtain your bar code and take part.

Starting from the 11th February, Walk Yourself Fit from your local leisure centre. It's free, low risk, fun and enjoyable.
You can walk yourself fit for free at any on the centres advertised below by turning up at the advertised time and joining the group.
