A local authority may provide financial support to help develop and redevelop industrial and commercial land and buildings. Assistance is directed towards work which will create or enhance existing floor space, bring currently obsolete/vacant land and buildings into beneficial use and improve working conditions

- Building and landscape design - information on new development design and urban design
- Business property details of industrial and office properties available for letting
- Conservation - information on archaeological, biodiversity, urban conservation and tree preservation
- Landscape character assessment - information on a technique that has been developed to facilitate systematic analysis, description and classification of the landscape
- Local Land Charges - information on Local Land Charges and Land Searches, water searches, personal searches, fees, CON 29 LLC1 information
- Public rights of way - public footpaths and public rights of way
