Once located, you can view documents within your browser. If a document is located by searching keywords, you have the option of downloading extracts of documents, rather than the whole file.
- Agendas set out the business to be discussed at meetings, the venue, date and time of the meeting and the attendees
- Reports are documents prepared for a meeting which often set out recommendations and the reasons for those recommendations
- Minutes we aim to publish agendas and reports 5 clear working days before meetings and to publish minutes of meetings within two weeks of the meeting

The current members of each committee can be viewed in the ModernGov pages of the website, along with agendas and minutes of all Council and committee meeting from May 2005 onwards.
