Removing abandoned shopping trolleys
It is the responsibility of supermarkets to reclaim their abandoned trolleys. Any report received by the Council will be passed to the relevant supermarket where possible.
Waltham Forest Council will seize, and dispose of any shopping trolleys that represent a health and safety hazard on a road or pavement within 1 day.
