Changes to Housing and Council Tax Benefit Service

From 29 October, the Housing and Council Tax Benefits advice service will no longer be based at the Customer Service Centre. You will now be able to access this service and discuss enquiries via our telephone advice team on 020 8496 3000.

You can also access our online Benefits calculator or make an online application.

If you are required to provide proof of evidence documents, please continue to take these to your nearest Library Plus branch or the Customer Service Centre. These venues also offer document scanning facilities and free internet access to residents who need to complete online applications for Housing or Council Tax Benefit.
